These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of Tic Tac Battle Rooms, operated by Cosmic Forge.

Tic Tac Battle Rooms uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Arena Access is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks eligible premium features within Tic Tac Battle Rooms.

• Subscription name: Arena Access Monthly
• Subscription duration: One month
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.
• The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Subscription pricing is displayed in the app and may vary by country or region.

Arena Access Lifetime is a non-consumable, one-time in-app purchase. It does not automatically renew.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests and billing disputes are subject to Apple's applicable policies.

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with online services, attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, cheat, exploit defects, harass other players, or use the app in violation of applicable law.

Online features may require an internet connection and an eligible Arena Access entitlement. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue online services when reasonably necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Use when necessary to reflect changes to the app, services, legal requirements, or business practices. The updated date will be displayed on this page.
